Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for a full range of supply management activities to facilitate the control of sourcing and purchasing activities.
  • Develop efficient and effective sourcing strategies, policies and procedures to support procurement activities.
  • Identify suppliers and maintain suppliers relations
  • Solicit and analyze competitive quotes and terms of purchase
  • Negotiate competitive price and service contracts
  • Structure and maintain procurement system to support sourcing information needed and to drive lowest cost
  • Monitor sourcing procedures and coordinate the ongoing review of service level agreements to ensure the existing validated suppliers are providing qualified services at the optimum price
  • Supervise subordinates in Hong Kong and China to deliver quality service
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in related discipline
  • At least 8 to 10 years solid experience in managing purchasing and sourcing in sizeable organization
  • Experience in managing procurement of service contracts in IT or telecommunication related industries preferred
  • Must be able to work independently, self-motivated, analytical and well-organised
  • Possess strong sense of integrity and business ethics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
