Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant

Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process data and accounting entries
  • Prepare accounting schedules for monthly reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the department (e.g. document scanning, filing, etc.)
  • Assist in other financial or treasury reporting
  • Handle ad hoc assignment on timely basis

Job Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma in Business, Accountancy, or relevant discipline or above
  • Minimum of 2 years of Accounting or Finance work experience is preferable. Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese & English typing, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP (e.g. Oracle System, SAP) will be an advantage
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
