Key Responsibilities: 
  • Act as the contact point between Product, Presales and Procurement team on order processing and supplier management
  • Handle sourcing and procurement activities from local and overseas suppliers, complying with ISO requirements
  • Follow up vendor quotation and provide assistance to facilitate procurement team for order processing
  • Responsible for vendor quotation negotiation process aligning to company procurement policy
  • Work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and contractors
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers, develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
  • Provide administrative support to Presales teams
  • Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Procurement and service logistics experience in IT or telecommunication industries preferred
  • Team player and with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and detail-minded
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and Chinese typing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
