Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completing customer order intake documentation, for purchasing and delivery of customer orders related equipment, components / services
  • Responsible for all internal and external issues related to the implementation and delivery of the service to customer
  • Coordinate the implementation of the service to the customer(s) within a budget and on the committed delivery date
  • Identify and handle the project risks
  • Determine implementation schedules for customer orders
  • Manage the customer and supplier communication and all escalations during the implementation phase
  • Being single point of contact for customer installations and technical appointments
  • Coordinate service testing at delivery
  • Provide administrative pre- and post-sales support for all CITIC Telecom CPC products.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned



Requirements
  • Bachelor in any area related to IT or Telecom
  • 5 years' experience as project manager in Telecom/IT industry
  • 3 years' experience in implementation field within IT/telecommunication company
  • With project management certification will be an advantage
  • With experience in cloud implementation/migration projects
  • Good understanding of products and services of the field of ICT/Telecommunication
  • Fluent in English, plus Russian and/or Estonian
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Implementation Manager
