主要職責

Responsible for completing customer order intake documentation, for purchasing and delivery of customer orders related equipment, components / services

Responsible for all internal and external issues related to the implementation and delivery of the service to customer
-
Coordinate the implementation of the service to the customer(s) within a budget and on the committed delivery date
-
Identify and handle the project risks
-
Determine implementation schedules for customer orders
-
Manage the customer and supplier communication and all escalations during the implementation phase
-
Being single point of contact for customer installations and technical appointments
-
Coordinate service testing at delivery
-
Provide administrative pre- and post-sales support for all CITIC Telecom CPC products.

Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
工作要求
-
Bachelor in any area related to IT or Telecom
-
5 years' experience as project manager in Telecom/IT industry
-
3 years' experience in implementation field within IT/telecommunication company
-
With project management certification will be an advantage
-
With experience in cloud implementation/migration projects
-
Good understanding of products and services of the field of ICT/Telecommunication
-
Fluent in English, plus Russian and/or Estonian
-
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Implementation Manager
