ICT-MiiND Rides on the Momentum to Unlock Innovative Future

Uncertainty continues to surround 2022, which drives enterprises to shift to hybrid working models and rely more on networks and cloud applications than ever before. Needless to say, enterprises should deploy strategic technologies and enhance their ICT capabilities, so as to seize the development opportunities.

This idea was reiterated on CITIC Telecom CPC’s Hong Kong Solutions Day 2021. Mr. Daniel Kwong, our Chief Information and Innovation Officer, shared how enterprises can leverage new technologies to unlock an innovative future starting with Gartner’s top strategic technology trends for the coming year. He pinpointed that the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), Distributed Enterprise, Autonomic Systems and Total Experience are believed to achieve significant business growth.

Gartner also estimated that 75% of decentralized enterprises are expected to realize 25% revenue growth faster than their competitors. In addition, adopting autonomic systems is supposed to learn from the environment and modify systemic algorithms automatically, allowing rapid responses to different scenarios, resulting in an improvement in operation systems and maximizing business values. However, Daniel pointed out that enterprises must collaborate with reliable partners to introduce the latest technologies in order to stay abreast and take advantage of the trends.

Integrating Innovative Technologies to Maximize Business Growth
