Through on-site experience of AI-AR solution demos based on real-life scenarios, customers learned more about how our latest intelligent solutions can protect business data while optimizing operational efficiency and increasing productivity.

Experience the Intelligent AR Data Center

Customers first experienced the restricted access control of the data center at the entrance. After completing identity verification and check-in, they proceeded to visit the world-class infrastructure and facilities of the intelligent data center. They learned about Smart Rack management as we explained the remote monitoring technologies for viewing real-time temperature, humidity, and power usage of the equipment through a user-friendly online portal and mobile application. DataHOUSE™ Cloud Data Center converged with cloud solution and global unified management data center solutions to support complex private cloud and hybrid cloud environments, and fully facilitate the deployment of cloud services, business critical applications processing, and rapid access to data for enterprises.

Next, the group visited our next-generation Security Operations Center (SOC), which has certified with multiple ISO international certifications. All of our security professionals are 100% certified by the international security programs and are capable of providing comprehensive, robust managed security services with 24 x 7 monitoring, helping enterprises identify and analyze vulnerabilities, prioritize threats as well as refine security policies and processes. Through our TrustCSI™ MSS Managed Security Services and SmartCLOUD™ BRR Cloud Backup & Disaster Recovery solution, enterprises can cope with the rising demands of information and network security more effectively. Last but not least, AI-AR Remote Hand solution demos with 2 real-life scenarios were demonstrated to the visitors. The award-winning solution possesses a self-developed machine learning (ML) that integrates big data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and virtual and physical data. It was then incorporated into the heads-up display of the Augmented Reality (AR) Glasses, which empowers enterprises to streamline operational processes and optimize resource allocation.

Our team first showcased the remote operations and maintenance services of data center utilizing AI-AR remote technology. Enterprises can minimize the need for on-site interventions and instead remotely manage IT resources more effectively, enhancing collaboration among teams.

In another scenario, we utilized the AI-AR Remote Hand solution to provide real-time technical guidance to overseas field technicians to perform hardware replacement. This breaks geographical boundaries and realizes the benefits of distance learning and training.
