Key Responsibilities:

Ensure submission of timely reports to the Board and the Execom on financial and budgetary matters
Analyze and evaluate the business results – income statement, balance sheet, product profitability, etc.
Formulate financial targets, budgets and business plans in accordance with the strategy determined by the Board and the Execom
Review CAPEX and OPEX requisitions
Review full set of accounts of overseas subsidiaries
Oversee the credit control function
Prepare analysis and reports for M&A activities and other special projects
Handle ad hoc assignment on timely basis

Job Requirements:

Degree or above in Accountancy or relevant discipline
Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 15 years relevant experience. Prior Big 4 audit experience and/or M&A experience is a plus
Experience in driving process improvements
Knowledge of computerized accounting system, hands-on experience in Oracle System would be an advantage
Proficient in PC skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, accurate, capable to work under pressure and meet deadline
Candidate with more experience will be consider as Assistant General Manager
