The World Wide Web (WWW), the Internet Protocol (IP), and Google’s algorithms are three important inventions of the 20th century. This month is the 30th anniversary of the WWW. It has changed the face of human society and allowed the world to share information at anytime, anywhere. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the key change in data privacy regulation recently to retrieve citizens and residents control over personal data. In addition, China's cybersecurity law is to strengthen network security management, and to address network security risks, such as personal data leakage.
