新冠疫情肆虐期間,市民一窩蜂湧上網上服務平台,非接觸式營運(contactless operation)業務似乎最能受惠。不過,要在芸芸競爭對手中突圍而出,電商必須有其獨特的賣點及超前部署。DICT 數智通訊服務供應商中信國際電訊 CPC(以下簡稱 CPC)及網絡安全服務供應商 Fortinet 便在早前舉辦了一場網絡分享會,聯同網上語言學習平台 Kelly’s Education 創辦人,一同分享如何跑贏逆境。

科技帶動精準配對 學習進程可視化家長更放心

網上語言學習平台 Kelly’s Education 創辦人兼首席執行長 Ken Chau 笑說,公司業務在疫情期間一直錄得高速增長,但能夠在同業中脫穎而出絕非幸運。而是憑著獨特的市場定位和創新科技的配合,將學童的學習進程具體化地呈現在家長面前,增强家長的信心。

「我們專注提供跨地域師生配對服務,以為學童找到最經濟實惠的學習資源。傳統教學以學生的年齡或就讀級別作為配對準則,缺點是就算兩位小朋友的年齡或級別相同,學習水平也會因個人資質、當地教育模式而存在分歧。」Ken 說公司於是引入人工智能(A.I.)技術,借助科技為每位學生進行評估,一來可減少人手評估所花費的時間,二來亦可消除不同人員的評估偏差,更持平地提供配對服務。「另外,人工智能亦能分析學童在視像上課時的投入程度及發音準確度,提供改善建議。而且所有課程影片均可讓家長隨時翻看,令整個學習過程變得透明,家長自然更放心讓子女上課。」

疫境市場需求突變 統一跨國網絡連線改善客戶體驗

中信國際電訊 CPC 銷售部產品市場總監 Henry Yeung 非常認同 Ken 的做法,並指出不少企業客戶在疫情期間都未有放慢腳步,而是抱著持續創新精神不斷尋求發展方向,例如旗袍公司研發運動產品、批發商開拓零售服務,為未來的機遇作好準備。「CPC 的角色便是為客戶的業務提供合適的 ICT 解決方案,實現他們的創新發展,特別是疫情期間非接觸式業務的生意突然大增,客戶所採用的 IT 基建未必能夠負荷。以一個國際化妝品牌客戶為例,公司有自家網購平台,每天都會從 40 多個國家的網絡連接點收取過百萬張訂單, 但以往對方採用多間網絡供應商及連線服務,導致部分貨品數據無法同步,影響顧客確認訂單,可能令客戶產生不快體驗。」

Henry 說由於 CPC 在全球 160 個國家均設有網絡連接點,因此能透過 TrueCONNECT Hybrid SD-WAN 服務替客戶整合各地的網絡連接,讓各地的重要數據連線活動例如顧客為訂單付款等可以經寬頻網絡或 MPLS(Multi-Protocol Label Switching) 專線實時同步,為客戶節省流量費用,同時確保數據安全及用戶體驗。

零日漏洞猖獗 持續交付須及早引入安全監測

無論是開拓商機抑或加快數碼轉型,企業均無可避免地要採用更多雲端服務,Fortinet 香港、澳門及蒙古區系統安全主管 Nick Ng 便提醒企業管理者,必須更認真看待網絡安全問題。「在軟件開發商方面,近半年的 Log4J 及 Spring4Shell 安全事故便為大家上了一課,令大家明白到 Continuous Application Security 的重要性,因為如果在開發後期才發現部分開源套件存在漏洞,問題便會變得很難解決。Fortinet 的 FortiDevSec 服務便可從一開始監察整個開發流程,如有套件被發現存在漏洞,也能及時通知開發團隊修正。」

Nick 又指出企業的 IT 基建架構、應用服務及網絡連線日趨複雜,亦提升了攔截網絡攻擊的難度。他說不少客戶現時都開始關注零信任網絡存取(Zero Trust Network Access, ZTNA)架構,目標是將所有網絡連線在統一環境下進行安全分析,通過嚴格的驗證機制管理存取權限去揪出可疑網絡活動,被視為企業網絡安全的必備條件。
