Manage a team of Channel Managers and meet the team sales target
Maximize the exposure to the potential market and identify new business opportunities by developing new channel partners
Convey company goal and directions to team members in order to get them into the right track
Conduct business partner training on company services and initiate cooperation / marketing programs with different business partners to generate sales leads
Coach the team to penetrate the right market to identify the new business opportunities by developing new accounts or from existing customers
Maintain good team discipline and closely monitor on sales activities of the team
Enhance team productivity by regular product / sales skills training, team review and team coaching
Drive in-depth account penetration plan with teammates for every key customer
Make sound recommendations when teammates encounter problems in closing deals
Generate team management reports on timely fashion
Give input about the field to help company formulate sales strategies and product development strategies
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
工作要求:
Degree holder in any discipline or above. Major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline is a plus but not a must
With 5 years and above telecom industry sales experience in Partner Business Development and with at least 2 years in managerial role
Well established relationship with various Business Partners in IT / SI field
Strong knowledge and experience in Channel Partner Business
Good selling, organization, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, etc
Excellent ability on plan execution
Creative and contributory to the team’s development strategy
Good technical knowledge and analytical skills with acute commercial awareness
Good training and coaching skills and sales-team building experience
Sound product and Hong Kong telecom market knowledge
Knowledge on China Telecom Market is added advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
