In 2021, CPC has embarked on an innovative and intelligence
transformation journey to cater to the changing needs of the
future. At the heart of this transformation is the Intelligence and
Communications Transformation MiiND (ICT-MiiND) Strategy.
This strategy is guiding the company to transform from being a
successful ICT solution provider into an intelligent technology-driven
digitalization enabler.
CPC continues to enrich the functions of its product platform
and procure the development of the platform and building of an
ecosystem. Backed by the extensive global network coverage, CPC
provides a seamless high-quality network to enterprises around
the globe. CPC and the team fought against all obstacles as they
accelerated business expansion efforts and enhanced innovation
and development to deliver excellent results.
Achievements & Impact
CPC continues to expand its global footprint with new SmartCloud™
Services Centers in Tallinn and New York, with a total of 21 Cloud
service centers to support multi-cloud services for enterprises
around the globe.
Backed by increasing corporate demand for a secure networking
service, CPC has launched the TrueCONNECT™ SASE solution to
secure expanding SD-WAN edge of distributed enterprises and also
launched TrustCSI™ Endpoint Detection & Response Solution to
provide real-time protection against complex threats for the hybrid
work model. These 2 solutions further enhance the existing Security
Solutions Portfolio. CPC is certified with a series of international
certifications, including SD-WAN Ready, ISO 9001, 14001, 20000,
27001, and 27017, to ensure its services comply with international
standards and resources for enterprises.
CPC has joined hands with Hong Kong Applied Science and
Technology Research Institute Company Limited to develop AR
Remote Hand Service since 2019. The 2 parties have entered the
second phase in 2021, launching the AI-AR Remote Hand Service,
where CPC will combine its algorithm expertise and AI intelligent
strength with ASTRI’s AR innovation capabilities to optimize the
digital operating platform of corporate clients.
CPC focuses on providing comprehensive training to staff to
enhance their professionalism in the telecom field as well as the
general business arena. It also provides staff with a platform to
fulfill personal aspirations, pursue career development, and realize
individual potentials, leading all employees toward the goal of
building a first-rate engineering, technical, and R&D team to facilitate
the qualitative development of the company.

Future Direction
CPC will continue to implement the ‘ICT-MiiND’ development strategy
with a special focus on innovation targeted at new frontiers such as
cloud-net integration, digital transformation, and industry application
in a full effort to develop a ‘cloud, network, intelligence and security’
platform.
CPC will continue to actively engage in the application of artificial
intelligence technologies and augmented reality technologies to
accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrade of
business products and assist enterprises to optimize their business
operations.
Collaboration and Innovation are critical to meet the long-term
objectives of CPC as it believes that it is important to seize new
development opportunities in the digital economy with innovative
products, service models, and ecosystems to deliver new values and
experiences to meet customers’ needs for accelerating their digital
transformation journey.
