ChatGPT 帶起人工智能話題,實際上企業已經在日常營運引入 AI 技術提升效率。中信國際電訊 CPC 開發多個電腦視覺(computer vision)、自然語言處理(NLP)、擴展實境(AR)智能營運方案,幫助企業推行數碼轉型,加強營運效率和降低成本。

中信國際電訊 CPC 信息科技服務與數據科學部副總裁李超群指出,智能營運由多個技術支援,人工智能、 AR 、大數據、區塊鏈等,加上跨技術和行業專業知識,協助企業解決營運所遇到的問題。當中的電腦視覺技術能識別不同種類物件,甚至從同類物件認出指定型號產品。

李超群稱,中信國際電訊開發 AI 識別技術,能辨認不同種類物件。


其中以識別車輛車牌的技術建立管理訪客進出系統,當有車輛駛進閘口,從鏡頭識別車牌並對比名單,3 秒內決定是否放行。李超群稱,這系統的識別技術能準確讀取車牌,包括不同字型、排列,以至掛上香港和中國兩地的車牌。

AI 識別技術配合 AR 則幫助加快維修機械。前線員工戴上 AR 設備,如微軟 HoloLens 2 ,利用電腦視覺辦認前面損壞的機器,甚至可細緻辦認零件。畫面上顯示零件更換手冊,員工按指引逐步做便會完成。AI 識別技術亦能認出指定零件,以網絡卡為例,員工收到維修單指示,帶同個別型號網絡卡前往更換,先用智能電話確定提取正確的零件,以免引起混亂。

維修人員先用智能電話識別所需零件,以免帶上錯誤型號產品前去修理。

通過 AR 眼鏡識別出所更換的零件,還會顯示說明書,逐步跟著指示完成。

AI 光學文字辨識(AI-OCR)可簡化文件處理流程。中信國際電訊 CPC 以這方案整合認知物件辨識系統(Cognitive Object Recognition System,CORS)、 NLP 和區塊鏈,擷取員工開支單據及供應商收費系統的中英文帳單,自動輸入系統記錄。
