Hong Kong, September
20, 2018 – CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited (“CITIC Telecom CPC”), a wholly owned
subsidiary of CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (SEHK:1883) together
with leading online education provider TutorABC announce their continuous
collaboration in reaching new heights for global Edtech development.
Combining
AI technologies with big data analytics, TutorABC developed the “AI-enabled
Dynamic Course Generation System (DCGS)”. The system transforms traditional
education model to bring advanced online learning experience through generating
personalized educational programs with appropriate consultant and material
based on each student’s interest and capabilities. It is also a result of
collaborating with leading ICT service provider CITIC Telecom CPC to integrate
interactive learning with cloud computing, big data analytics and network connectivity.
To

project for the IDC’s “Digital Transformation Awards 2018”. At the award
ceremony held earlier, TutorABC’s DCGS was recognized and awarded as the “Information
Visionary”. The award is a recognition of TutorABC’s innovation by introducing Edtech
to the education industry and transforms itself to an online learning leader.
The award also demonstrates the success of its collaboration with CITIC Telecom
CPC, who supports the AI-enabled DCGS with extensive network and cloud infrastructure,
enabling a speedy global implementation and digitalization of this education
platform.
TutorABC
brought a fresh breeze to the traditional English tutoring market in 2006 by
introducing and patenting the DCGS. Through integrating this interactive
learning platform with CITIC Telecom CPC’s global ICT services, especially the networking and cloud computing technologies, the DCGS has
created a breakthrough from the traditional restricted study venue and schedule
to bring students a brand new online learning experience. TutorABC’s DCGS was
exclusively designed to integrate AI-enabled facial recognition technologies
with online learning data to optimize and align each student’s need with
different consultant’s style and learning material. This AI-enabled learning
platform demands heavy computing power and its real-time interactive online
platform also requires a stable connectivity and reliable cloud infrastructure.
