主要職責:

Responsible for purchase order placement
Work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers for enquiries and facilitate procurement activities such as quotation request, tendering process and contract negotiations
Prepare procurement-related reports
Ensure appropriate import/export licenses are in compliance with regulations for the delivery of strategic goods
Review and update procurement procedure & guidelines
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

工作要求:

Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 3 years of solid experience in procurement, preferably in telecommunication related industries
Experience in centralized procurement and managing tendering process
Must be able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organised
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good negotiation and communication skills
Experience and knowledge of Oracle / ERP system would be an advantage
