[Digital transformation] CITIC Telecom CPC partnered with ASTRI by extending technology to help enterprises on digital transformation為配合業界數碼轉型趨勢，中信國院際電訊（CPC）與香港應科院今（17日）宣布推進第二階段合作，共同研發結合人工智能（AI）及擴增實境（AR）技術的整合方案。同時，中信國際電訊也推出延伸技術策略「ICT-MiiND」，協助企業數碼轉型。


為配合業界數碼轉型趨勢，中信國際電訊（CPC）與香港應科院今（17日）宣布推進第二階段合作，共同研發結合人工智能（AI）及擴增實境（AR）技術的整合方案。同時，中信國際電訊也推出延伸技術策略「ICT-MiiND」，協助企業數碼轉型。

 

中信國際電訊與香港應科院去年公布合作研發擴增實境（AR）解決方案、遙距维護服務「DataHOUSE AR千里眼」，助改善前線工程師的操作及維護流程。

 

據悉第二階段的合作，將會藉AI能力和行業場景，融合到AR智能眼鏡的顯示系統，建造新的機器學習模型。例如將數據可視化，利用電腦視覺技術和機器學習演算法來加強數據整合，前線人員便可透過AR智能眼鏡，即時查閱操作手冊及分析數據或圖表，甚至可提供預測和預防報告。

另外，中信國際電訊亦透過Al與AR功能結合智能與創新元素，延伸並加強其「ICT-MiiND」策略，將技術轉化為商業價值，協助企業數碼化轉型。

 

據了解，ICT-MiiND策略採用算法技術包括：IoT、大數據及區塊鏈等，並結合雲端應用及數據中心運維等資源，組成創新的智能模塊，可應用到商業的不同場景，打造較全面的IT服務管理平台。
