中企通信與香港應科院攜手推出遠程運維方案提升安全服務體驗


中信成員企業中企網絡通信技術有限公司（簡稱“中企通信”）與香港應用科技研究院有限公司（簡稱“應科院” ）日前共同研發推出一項融合了增強現實（AR）解決方案的信息與通信技術（ICT）服務。其中數據中心“AR千里眼”遠程運維服務（DataHOUSE AR Remote Hand），借助可穿戴式AR設備，可大幅降低前端工程師和後端用戶的運維時間與人力成本，提升安全服務體驗。

“今年的疫情，嚴重影響了全球人員的流動以及企業運營，但客戶對數據中心運維以及現場技術支持的迫切需求有增無減。所以這個創新的DataHOUSE AR Remote Hand數據中心遠程運維服務就真正打造了'這麼近那麼遠'的服務體驗。”中企通信總裁李炳智表示，“該項目為我們一系列託管服務注入強大元素，大大提升客戶體驗，顛覆運維服務流程。數據中心'AR千里眼'遠程運維服務將AR智能操作和運維技術應用於數據中心的場景，作為合作的開端，我們期望可以集合更多創新思維，開拓更多嶄新應用場景，為客戶帶來更豐富優質的體驗。”


應科院行政總裁周憲本表示，如今，全球各地受到疫情的影響，而數據中心“AR千里眼”遠程運維服務，能夠真正讓工作人員和客戶體驗到遠程、安全的工作。 “我們的應用科技研究能配合中企通信有效提升用戶體驗和工作效率，讓企業業務更靈活運營，特別在疫情期間，其成效尤其顯著。”

據了解，“AR千里眼”服務通過AR智能眼鏡，從後台系統把實時狀態、故障排除記錄、圖像和數據等加密傳輸給前端工程師和系統維護人員，令他們無需操作手機或筆記本，亦無需翻閱操作手冊或諮詢文件，即可聯繫後台支持團隊，大大提升工作效率，提高生產力。 AR千里眼服務為前端工程師提供的平視顯示系統，可在系統安裝、維護或排除故障時看到實時遠程影像，加快工作進程。
