Manager, Datahouse Operation Centre

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Operation Engineers, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee daily operations and monitoring of Datahouse centers in Hong Kong.

  • Conduct routine analysis of customer DataHOUSE environments and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.

  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and uphold customer commitments.

  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as required


Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Telco or ICT companies, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of data center operations, cabling, and facilities management.

  • Familiarity with data center accessories (e.g., server racks, PDUs) and TCP/IP services (DNS, Mail, LDAP).

  • Professional certifications in data center management are a plus.

  • Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to perform under pressure.

  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).

  • No shift duty required
