Product Operations Executive

主要職責:

Act as the contact point between Product, Presales and Procurement team on order processing and supplier management
Handle sourcing and procurement activities from local and overseas suppliers, complying with ISO requirements
Follow up vendor quotation and provide assistance to facilitate procurement team for order processing
Responsible for vendor quotation negotiation process aligning to company procurement policy
Work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and contractors
Liasie with local and overseas suppliers, develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
Provide administrative support to Presales teams
Any ad hoc projects as assigned

工作要求:

Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Procurement and service logistics experience in IT or telecommunication industries preferred
Team player and with good interpersonal & communication skills
Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and detail-minded
Proficient in MS Office tools and Chinese typing
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Fresh graduates are welcomed
