Assist the Global Business & Partnership team in providing sales, administration, and operation support to the Carrier Business.
Keep track and follow up sales orders and to prepare sales report & summary, and monthly report.
Assist the team in scheduling appointments, organizing meetings & trainings and travel arrangement
Liaise with external and internal parties for business activities
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
工作要求:
Higher diploma or above
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in ICT industry and supporting senior executives, preferably in international market
Working experience in multi-cultural environment is preferred
Able to work under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines
Responsible, meticulous, well-organized and with “Can-do” attitude
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word
Processing Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Immediate available is preferred
