Senior Legal Executive / Assistant Manager, Legal & Regulatory Affairs

主要职责:
  • Draft, review, revise and provide comments on all sorts of commercial agreements
  • Handle dispute cases, provide legal advice and support to different functional departments
  • Deal with regulators for applying/renewal of license(s)
  • Handle all legal aspects related to personal data protection and intellectual property laws
  • Liaise with various functional departments, business units and external lawyers
  • Provide legal training to colleagues in need
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor


工作要求:
  • University degree and/or professional qualification preferably in Law or related disciplines, knowledge of PRC law is an added advantage
  • At least 3 years of work experience in contract review and drafting
  • Preferably with 2 years prior working experience in telecommunications and/or ICT industry
  • With strong business acumen, good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels, and be a good team player
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed-minded and ability to work independently
  • Willing to take challenges
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua, traditional & simplified Chinese)
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Assistant Manager
