(Assistant) Operation Engineer - Network Security Operation (On-shift duty)

香港

主要职责：
  • Support daily operation of UTM services and monitor operation centers in both Ap Lei Chau and Kwai Chung
  • Perform routine jobs and analysis to customer's network
  • Perform remote hand/ site support to customer's equipment
  • Provide 1st Tier Support & Trouble Shooting
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her supervisors

工作要求：
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related discipline
  • 3 years working experience in ISP, Telco or ICT company
  • Knowledge on configuring firewall policies, IP Routing, etc.
  • Knowledge on Fortigate (FortiOS) is an advantage
  • Analytical, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Willing to work on shift duties for supporting 24/7 operation. Shift allowance and transportation allowance will be provided.
  • Work location at Ap Lei Chau and Kwai Chung
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Operation Engineer
  • IANG or other visa holders are welcomed
