主要职责:

Devise effective corporate marketing programs to enhance the sales and marketing performance

Implement product brand strategies by defining appropriate target segments and value positioning
-
Develop and reinforce partnership with vendors or public associations
-
Plan and develop marketing context with local stakeholders.
-
Manage artwork, proof reading, production, translation of marketing deliverables in a timely and cost effective manner; customize the deliverables to support Hong Kong and regional offices
-
Source, manage and liaise with providers of marketing services such as Advertising Agency, Media Specialist, Marketing Research House, PR Agency, Production/Printers, etc.

Plan & implement marketing events with sales team

Formulate effective marketing strategies to achieve overall marketing objectives while fulfilling the legal requirements

Manage budget control process for tracking expenses and payment status

Assist in ad hoc projects

工作要求:

Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
-
Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience with proven performance in telecommunications or IT related industries. Less experience will be considered as Marketing Specialist or Junior role

Strong digital marketing experience skills. e.g search engine marketing and familiar with various social media platform
-
Experience in developing and implementing marketing programs including advertising, market intelligence, sales and marketing collaterals, sales promotion direct marketing and event management
-
Knowledgeable for web site management and e-marketing; web publishing skills are preferable but not necessary
-
Independent, self-motivating, result-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
-
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.

Good presentation skills
-
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (Read, write, speak)

Good command of Estonian would be an advantage
