Security Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand customer's IT challenges and security requirements
  • Provide security advisory services to customers by designing and proposing security solutions that meet their requirements
  • Prepare relevant materials such as detailed solution diagrams, statements of work, and presentations
  • Prepare scope of work and cost of service to sales to generate quotations for customers
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of the company's current security solution offerings, products/services in the market, and the latest technology in the industry
  • Work with pre-sales (Security Consultant) team and post-sales (Project Management) team as part of the team to support service delivery
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' project implementation experience in security solutions, and minimum 2 years' solution or professional service selling experience
  • Professional qualifications in information security (CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001) is a plus
  • Experience setting up and installing software on LINUX, UNIX, and Windows platforms
  • Knowledge in various information security services and products, such as Firewalls, Network IDS or IPS, DLP, Cloud Security, DDOS Protection, Web Application Firewall, and Vulnerability Assessments.
  • Strong communication skills with good command of oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and ability to effectively present ideas and plans to customers
  • Creative and critical thinking skills, willingness to take on challenges and enjoy meeting with people
  • Energetic, motivated, and achievement-oriented, with the ability to work independently or as part of cross-functional teams, and possess a strong business acumen
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on customer engagement
