Assistant Manager, Order Management & Procurement

Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-sales order processing support on all Customer contracts.
  • Support new product launch, manage service provisioning process to ensure fast and accurate order dispatch to different functional teams.
  • Being a Local loop project manager role and communicate proactively & effectively with local/global partners and customers on circuit provisioning schedule/actual delivery and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
  • Customer order verification and creation in system, job dispatch and project coordination with subsidiaries offices.
  • Review and manage system enhancement with aim to improve operational efficiency.
  • Compile and analyse reports on provisioning status of customer contracts.
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.


Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder, preferable in Business, supply chain or related subject.
  • Min. 8 year's relevant experience, prefer in IT/Telco related industry.
  • Good project/order management skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
  • Chinese word processing and MS-Office skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous to details.
  • Ability to manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously.
  • Circuit installation, Sales support or customer order processing background is a definite advantage.
