智能化框架涵蓋4個重點服務領域： 

  1. 識別和預測: 全面的評估和識別服務涵蓋系統、應用、網絡基礎設施及關鍵資產服務，提升威脅識別和預測能力。充分利用算法算力與AI的強大功能和其他強化特性，讓AI滲透測試在應用開發初期就能有效識別潛在威脅和降低信息安全隱患，同時評估不同攻擊場景下的信息安全應對能力。
  2. 保護: 為企業提供全方位保護服務包括專為動態網絡安全而設的安全存取服務邊緣（SASE），統一威脅管理（UTM）、託管式企業防火牆服務（NGFW）、網站應用程式防火牆（WAF）及專為網絡和應用存取控制而設的入侵防禦系統（IPS），以及雲端郵件保安等。此外，擁有專業的信息安全專家團隊，負責提供系列從事故諮詢、解決方案設計和實施，到應用配置和持續的設備管理，確保客戶的安全技術基礎設施持續優化。
  3. 偵測: 全天候的託管式信息安全服務，透過合規認證的SOC和雙SIEM平台、配合終端偵測及回應（Endpoint Detection and Response，簡稱EDR）解決方案，以及具備AI功能的用戶和實體行為分析，協助企業迅速識別和應對網絡安全事故。
  4. 回應與恢復: 安全編排及自動化回應（SOAR）、安全事故回應（Incident Response，簡稱IR）以及威脅狩獵服務，把問題解決時間和人為錯誤降至最低，配合雲端備份和災難復原服務實現快速恢復以確保業務的連續性。
