With its "Management Trainee Programme", CITIC Telecom CPC was awarded “Special Citation for Commitment to Young Talent Development” under “Award for Excellence in Training and Development 2018” presented by The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA).  Our Management Trainee Programme has been recognized as one of the best practices to nurture future leaders.

The objective of this scheme is to recognize organizations which provide high quality of training and development.  HR professionals were invited to share the best practices in training and development with the aim to improve the industry standard.
