主要職責:

Align with the Company’s direction, formulate and implement strategies and objectives.
Prepare accurate, robust and timely financial and management accounting information (e.g. profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, management accounts, and regulatory reports and filings).
Prepare Annual Operating Plan in line with the company’s direction and objectives.
Design, implement and maintain effective corporate tax planning that is in compliance with all local tax rules. Monitor compliance of tax returns.
Review and monitor the OPEX and CAPEX requisitions.
Monitor the credit control function of CPC Europe.
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professionals/managers to ensure that the organization’s financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines.
Monitor and mitigate the financial, business and legal risks on a continuous basis.
Establish and maintain positive relations with auditors, banks and tax authorities.
Direct, design, implement and maintain detailed procedures to ensure business and financial controls are robust and effective throughout the organization

工作要求:

Degree or above in Finance/Accounting, with professional accountancy qualification, MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years experience working with MNC or sizable Eastern & Western Europe companies, and with over 3 years in managing a company or business unit.
Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills with good business acumen.
Excellent leadership and management capability.
Independent, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in excel, access, accounting systems and vision excel is preferable.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
