Management Trainee (Technical Stream / Business Stream)

Our 20-month Management Trainee Program is formulated to nurture and provide fresh graduates with the opportunity to gain all-rounded management training in their preferred aspect.

2 streams of the Management Trainee program are designed to suit candidates with different background and aspiration. You can participate in 1 of the below streams according to your interest and ability.

I)         Technical Stream

Designed for graduates with technical background and aspiration to be an Engineering expert in ICT industry, you will have the opportunity to rotate across different technical departments and learn about our flagship products.


II)        Business Stream

Rotating across various office departments, including Global Business & Partnership, Finance & Legal, HR & Administration and Marketing, you will be equipped with business operation knowledge and gain experience in wide range of functions.

The Challenge We Pose to You

  • Fast track learning and development opportunities by rotating across various departments or teams within your preferred stream
  • Unleash your full potential by working on diverse range of projects with MNC clients, international partners and vendors to broaden your horizons
  • Attend internalandexternal training courses to equip soft skills & technical knowledge, and achieve satisfactory result
  • Access world-class products, networks and systems, acquire hands-on experience on company's operations, services and work procedures
  • Build network and relationship with ICT professionals to pave the way for long term career development in ICT industry
  • Receive guidance and coaching from mentor and respective supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information System Management, Business Administration or related studies
  • Innovative, mature, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  • Strong passion to develop in the ICT industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin


  • Overseas students/students studying abroad with the holder of valid Hong Kong working visa/IANG visa are welcome to apply
