Assistant Manager, Cloud Operation (On-shift duty/ standby duty)

主要职责:
  • Supervisor and manage a team of Operation Engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assist in the daily operations of the data centres (in Kwai Chung and Ap Lei Chau)m including monitoring and maintaining critical systems and infrastructure
  • Perform routine monitoring and analysis of our customer’s SmartCLOUD environments
  • Provide 2nd tier advice and troubleshooting to customers
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

工作要求:
  • High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related
  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience in ISP, Telco or ICT company. Candidate with less experience candidate will be considered as Senior Operation Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud services, e.g. VMware, AWS
  • Knowledge on TCP/IP services, such as DNS, Mail, LDAP protocols
  • Knowledge of OS and application implementation and administration, e.g. Microsoft Windows, Linux
  • Professional qualifications in cloud or system area are highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English is an advantage
  • Willingness to work standby and shift duties as required
  • Work location: Kwai Chung and Ap Lei Chau
