Key Responsibilities:


  • Align with the Company’s direction, formulate and implement strategies and objectives.
  • Prepare accurate, robust and timely financial and management accounting information (e.g. profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, management accounts, and regulatory reports and filings).
  • Prepare Annual Operating Plan in line with the company’s direction and objectives.
  • Design, implement and maintain effective corporate tax planning that is in compliance with all local tax rules. Monitor compliance of tax returns.
  • Review and monitor the OPEX and CAPEX requisitions.
  • Monitor the credit control function of CPC Europe.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professionals/managers to ensure that the organization’s financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines.
  • Monitor and mitigate the financial, business and legal risks on a continuous basis.
  • Establish and maintain positive relations with auditors, banks and tax authorities.
  • Direct, design, implement and maintain detailed procedures to ensure business and financial controls are robust and effective throughout the organization

Job Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Finance/Accounting, with professional accountancy qualification, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience working with MNC or sizable Eastern & Western Europe companies, and with over 3 years in managing a company or business unit.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills with good business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and management capability.
  • Independent, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in excel, access, accounting systems and vision excel is preferable.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
