Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting as matrix to HQ HR and Europe Management, perform as an all-round generalist to facilitate HR functions in local office and regional offices, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training and employee relations
  • Manage full employees’ life cycle, from sourcing to off-boarding processes
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and act as local advice on staff issues
  • Coordinate payroll calculation and administrations with payroll agent
  • Support compensation & benefits initiatives in alignment of the Corporate direction
  • Assist in HRIS initiatives, e.g. electronic HR portals
  • Facilitate performance evaluation structure that drives high performance
  • Support hiring to on-boarding procedures, shortlist candidate profiles and conduct interviews in according to headcount & recruitment budget plan
  • Support training administrations, reimbursement process, budget and training service provider sourcing
  • Work with local HRs and HQ HR, act as regional HR contact point for Europe entities
  • Prepare report and presentation for management
  • Plan and organize HR initiatives & events for employees in alignment of the Corporate strategy and budget plan
  • If necessary, support office administrations functions
  • Handle ad hoc tasks & projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in an international environment
  • Experience in ICT industry an advantage
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation
  • Analytical, attention to details, responsible and independent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and team environment
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch & English; Knowledge of Polish is a plus
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
