Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an established product roadmap and continuously improve existing services
  • Responsible for conducting technology and vendor evaluations on function and features from a business technical perspective
  • Prepare internal and external product-related documents for both the service operation team and customers to explain services offerings and execution details
  • Provide regular product training and product presentations to different stakeholders in the company
  • Responsible for product integration with internal systems including but not limited to CRM, price management system, billing system and customer portals
  • Provide product support to presales team and sales team for complex cloud solution design and handle product related problems
  • Handle ad hoc tasks & projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in system/network/security administration or cloud solution design and consultation
  • Hands-on experience in virtualization technology such as vSphere and/or Hyper-V, and public cloud services such as AWS, Azure etc
  • Experience in designing medium to large scale infrastructure solutions based on public cloud services and/or server virtualization
  • Holder of any cloud-related certification such as VCP or MCSE is a plus
  • Holder of ITIL foundation or above is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, passionate about learning new technologies, able to work independently and willing to take up challenges
