Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture customer requirement through communication, meeting, presentation and demonstration with customer.
  • Prepare solution design meeting customer’s requirement and internal product and operation capability.
  • Aggressively pursues new business and market opportunities to support sales.
  • Coordinate the provisioning schedule with related party for service delivery.
  • Install the CPE such as router at customer site and onsite support onsite-work to maintain our facility in POP.
  • Team up with internal departments to design the solution and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable long term close business working relationship with our partners for creating and harvesting the business opportunities.
  • Maintain quality service to our partners by ensuring smooth delivery of support and up-to-date information through effective communication with both internal and external parties
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • University graduate, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good Knowledge in Internet, IPVPN, Cloud, IDC, IPLC of networking products or LAN/WAN networks and Security technology.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in telecommunications or IT related industry, preferably in international market.
  • Hands-on experience with common hardware such as router (Cisco) etc.
  • Professional qualification (e.g. CCNP, MCSE, CISSP, VCP) and carrier experience will be an added advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
