Key Responsibilities: 
  • Define IT internal infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for continuous improvement
  • Align IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
  • Work smoothly with internal departments, vendors & partners on daily operations and projects
  • Follow and implement the organization’s information security policies
  • Report security events, weaknesses and incidents according to the defined procedure
  • Lead the team members in providing smooth daily operations
  • Handle ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information management, or a related field, with at least 8 years relevant experience in sizeable organizations.
  • Familiar with the architecture and infrastructure of enterprise IT systems, comprehensive knowledge of the IT field and sensitivity to the development of new technologies and applications.
  • Familiar with the enterprise’s network information construction process and proficiency in local area network creation, maintenance, and network security technology.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and write plans, possessing the ability to achieve enterprise IT planning and organizational implementation in construction, and candidates with certain development knowledge and database programming abilities will be given priority consideration.
  • Solid experience in managing and leading large internal IT environments and daily operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in vendor and project management
  • Understanding of financial control and budget management
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
