System Engineer (Support Cloud & Network projects)

System Engineer (Support Cloud & Network projects)

Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide professional support to Cloud & Network Services Team
  • Participate in meeting with customer for discussing the project detail in pre-sales stage
  • Participate in project implementation meeting
  • IT infrastructure project implementation
  • Manage outsourced hardware and software vendor or partner
  • Provide skill transfer to internal operation team and customer
  • Provide 2nd Tier Support & Troubleshooting 


Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Computing / Information Technology or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years working experiences in system integration and project implementation. More experience candidate will be considered as Senior System Engineer
  • Design and implementation experiences of followings are mandatory:
- VMware Virtual Infrastructure (vCentere, vSphere, vSAN, NSX)
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Microsoft Windows Server;
- Linux Server;
- Basic server-side scripting –Windows Power Shell and Linux Shell / Perl / Python


  • Knowledge of network virtualization, network security is an advantage
  • Knowledge of popular backup and disaster recovery solutions is an advantage
  • Knowledge of virtualization other than VMware is an advantage
  • Analytical, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • On-demand phone, email and on-site support are required
