Manager, Software Engineering

Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications including but not limited to Customer portal, Network monitoring system, Management portal of production platforms
  • Manage engineering projects delivery and management
  • Interface with external parties and internal business unit
  • Review and analyse business workflows on regular basis, identify potential gaps, propose and implement solutions to streamline business processes
  • Work with vendors in all aspects for all outsourced I.T. projects
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned


Job Requirements: 
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years solid experience in IT industry, preferably in ISP or relevant area
  • Solid experience in programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python
  • Holder of professional certifications (Oracle Certified Professional Java SE/EE, JNCIA, CCNA, ITIL) is preferred.
  • Able to solve problems independently, good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure and challenges
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Standby is required
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
