Procurement Officer

Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for purchase order placement
  • Work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers for enquiries and facilitate procurement activities such as quotation request, tendering process and contract negotiations
  • Prepare procurement-related reports
  • Ensure appropriate import/export licenses are in compliance with regulations for the delivery of strategic goods
  • Review and update procurement procedure & guidelines
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in procurement, preferably in telecommunication related industries
  • Experience in centralized procurement and managing tendering process
  • Must be able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organised
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of Oracle / ERP system would be an advantage
