Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional advice to all service teams regarding the ISO standard requirements
  • Identify the area of service quality enhancement and efficiency and then provide suitable assistance and recommendation to the service owners
  • Achieve ISO certification, prepare related audits/meeting and reports
  • Conduct ISO awareness training for new join employees regularly
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the security/audit field
  • Professional qualification such as CISA & CISSP is preferred
  • Successful completion of auditor training in ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 20000 & ISO 27001 is preferred
  • Experience of being an internal auditor of the above ISO requirement
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
