Legal Executive (1-year renewable contract)

Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
  • Liaise with various departments and business units
  • Monitor the compliance of regulatory requirements
  • Assist in handling correspondence regarding regulatory matters
  • Filing of commercial contracts
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • University degree and/or professional qualification preferably in Law or Business
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in contract review and drafting preferred. Fresh graduate is also welcome
  • Preferable with prior working experience in telecommunications / IT industry
  • With strong business acumen, good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
