Senior Manager, Technology (Hong Kong)

CITIC Telecom CPC advocates trust and freedom in the working environment. I am delighted that the management team has put a lot of trust on me to lead the Cloud & Security Product Development Team as well as to gain hands-on experiences to resolve problems with new means. Besides, the Company is fervent in providing its members with diverse job opportunities. These opportunities allow me to take up both technical and business roles, which contribute to my success today. From now on, I can utilize the technical skills learnt to develop new products. I can also apply the soft skills gained when representing the Company to be the speaker of marketing events.

I’ve been working for the big family of CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited over 5 years since graduation! I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the Company, as well as our teammates. They offered a great career with diverse training opportunities, which allowed me to demonstrate my competence in various work areas. I enjoy and gain a lot of satisfaction from my work. Also, my colleagues and I work closely to make a great teamwork. Deputy Director, Product Marketing – Enterprise Business Development (Singapore)

My job in product marketing requires constant interactions with different teams in the Company, as well as external parties such as customers, partners and vendors. I enjoy the dynamics of working with people to advance go-to-market projects, prepare product launches, conduct competitive analysis and receive market feedbacks. In the process, I was appointed to be Singapore office’s designated speaker for in-house events. I also had the privilege of being seconded to Kuala Lumpur to oversee the sales team for 3 months in 2016. All these unique experiences are possible because of the Company’s culture that encourages ownership and challenging oneself to strive for the best.

Being a sales administrator requires me to review sales-related documents frequently to ensure high accuracy and completeness. My colleagues are keen to provide me with detailed explanation whenever I encounter difficulties in understanding projects. I am delighted to assist the sales team frequently by applying the knowledge and skills learnt from my peers. The best thing I have realized from working at CITIC Telecom CPC is the harmonious connection among colleagues. We care and support each other like family members do.
