Facing the escalating COVID-19 pandemic, the Chinese government has taken effective measures in different cities to prevent the virus from spreading in the community. Some companies have adopted the “Work-from-home” special work arrangement to protect the safety of their employees and customers. However, they might encounter difficulties in implementation, including network security and insufficient network bandwidth, which may interrupt the business operations.

One of our customers is a global financial organization with offices in Beijing and Shanghai. During the pandemic, it allowed around 1,000 employees to work remotely from home, which created heavy burden to the network and might put its business continuity at risk in major cities. 

The customer thus requested us to provide prompt support and assistance, so that its business in Beijing and Shanghai could remain unaffected. At the same time, its 1,000 employees would be able to work smoothly from home, ensuring business as usual.

The customer was very impressed by the amazing delivery speed and the strong support of the project advancement, which enable all employees to work securely from home and maintain business continuity.
