As your global business partner, we have been reacting to the pandemic since it first appeared in Asia at the beginning of the year. Given the global COVID-19 outbreak situation, I wanted to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at CITIC Telecom CPC to support you, our employees and business partners.

Stay Connected with Global Support

With the situation of COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are doing our best to ensure health and safety of our employees, customers and partners, as well as protecting your ubiquitous business operation.

Taking advantage of the available technology we are able to continue to provide uninterrupted service to our clients and partners. Our global staff are fully operational and reachable, and will therefore continue to guarantee the firm’s key performance standards of quality, timely response and efficiency. We have well-established contingency plans in place and an embedded agile working capability that enable us to continue to provide global support anytime anywhere, without disruption.

Precautionary Measures

CITIC Telecom CPC maintains close communication with our customers and partners. All of our employees are equipped to work remotely, so should there arise a quarantine scenario, operations will continue as usual with our staff working from home offices. We have robust business continuity plans based on ISO27001 certification in order to prepare for unforeseen events and to meet the needs of customers who depend on our ICT services.

In the unlikely event of a pan-European lockdown, our support services and respective management will be done from our NOC/SOC centers in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

We have set up an in-house Covid Task Force to address client needs and concerns on the evolving business issues stemming from the Coronavirus outbreak. We have taken multiple precautionary measures (according to WHO & local authorities) to ensure the well-being and safety of our employees, customers and partners.
