Project Coordinator - Big Data & Innovation

Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct day-to-day project progress tracking, status updates and coordination as required
  • Create and maintain project schedules, identify activities, sequences, dependencies and associated resource requirements for project milestones
  • Define, communicate and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including research institutes, universities and other companies on assigned projects
  • Conduct comprehensive research on the latest technologies (e.g. IOT, Big Data, AI)
  • Provide comprehensive supports to project documentation, plans and reports
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or other disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience is an advantage, fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Able to multitask, prioritise work and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge in Windows/Linux admin, networking
  • Sound knowledge in Java/Python
  • Sound knowledge in latest technology trends in IoT, Data Science, Kubernetes and Docker
  • Good knowledge in automation/Infrastructure as code and tool would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in machine learning framework such as Tensorflow/PyTorch would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
