Product Consultant, Private Network

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study, source and evaluate new technologies and solutions to transform into new products. Product areas may include MPLS, Internet-based VPN, SD-WAN, Remote Access, IEPL, customer portal, traffic monitoring, WAN optimization, Cisco Voice and audio and video value added services
  • Manage existing products to provide product support and continuously improve product features and offerings
  • Coordinate with vendors on technical features improvement and back-end support
  • Liaise with other departments to provide configuration guides and internal technical training
  • Support other departments on product demo, POC/Trial and troubleshoot.
  • Participate in ad-hoc internal projects where required
Job Requirements:
  • University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the data communication, IP network and/or managed value-added service business and familiar with all product lines including traffic report, WAN optimization, network performance monitoring, VoIP, video conference and related VAS
  • Possess integrated technical knowledge on network, system, security and network management tools
  • With business sense in developing new products, new suppliers and new partners
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and result-driven
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Consultant
