Critical Winning Factors in Business Transformation

Nowadays, enterprises face unprecedented competitions from all over the world.  How does enterprise create critical winning factors to ensure business success?  Digitalization seems to be one of the most common answers to many companies across different industries.  From shortening delivery lead time in a logistic firm to secure blockchains in a financial institute, all these critical winning factors cannot be achieved without the help of digital transformations.
