Accounting Officer (account payable) Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities: 
  • To validate vendor invoice and arrange payment in timely manner
  • To monitor and report on cash flows of the group and accounts payable
  • To assist in accounting close and group financial reports
  • To maintain a good relationship with vendors and assist in liaison with external auditor
  • To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her supervisors

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or above
  • Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience in ERP (e.g. Oracle System) will be an advantage
  • Excellent in MS application, especially in MS Excel
  • Pro-active and responsible; able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

Account Manager Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with existing customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Provide a positive customer service experience by timely response and successful delivery of services according to customer’s needs and objectives
  • Grow the existing accounts by developing new business
  • Identify opportunities within the designated industries for new customer acquisition
  • Analyze the customer profiles to develop a sales plan for strategic solution selling

Job Requirements:

Cloud Solutions Architect Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide consultancy and support to Sales for contract closure
  • Interfacing with both the generalists and specialists in the sales and delivery teams
  • Prepare price, cost calculation and financial justification for customized solutions
  • Executing quick technical feasibility and proposal development for moving identified workloads to SmartCLOUD in order to capture customers' requirements and needs
  • Drive the quality of the on boarding plan and ensure plan execution are met

International Customer Care Specialist Estonia

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and conduct periodic inspection of company backbone network equipment and services to identify customers affecting problems and ensure that customers can use the services all the time.
  • Rapidly resolve customer problems at a high technical level and with excellent customer service.
  • Register all customer problems in the trouble ticketing system and provide timely relevant information to the competent parties if required.
  • Data verification and updating of company databases. Prepare reports after customer problem has been solved according to internal procedures and standards.
  • Maintain and develop customers' relationship and satisfaction to higher standards. 
  • Maintain communication with customers, suppliers and other internal departments or functions in regards to network troubleshooting or planned work execution in accordance to agreed service level agreement.


Requirements 

  • With help-desk or customer services experience
  • With higher education or above in Telecommunication or IT related subjects
  • Proficient in English, good command of Estonian and Russian
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Able to work on shift duty (including night shifts)

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Execute regional sales strategy and targets that are in line with general sales and company objectives
  • Defines and implements own action plan and framework for named accounts, sales leads and prospects to meet sales targets. Report on the action plan and results to VP Sales Europe.
  • Coordinate own sales forecasts and KPIs and provides reports on the results
  • Proactively seeks customers, builds up and maintain the customer database and pipeline
  • Map multinational accounts and identify the relevant contacts
  • Generate and develop Quality Leads for Carrier Sales
  • Approaches customers directly (also by cold calling) in order to make them interested in our services, build database of potential clients and brand awareness
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Coordinate sales process internally and act as a point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders in regards to presented bids/ proposals

Security Analyst, Services Delivery Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide 2nd tier support on Managed Security Services, specifically on information security incident management; Investigate, respond and provide recommendations in a timely manner
  • Design and maintain SIEM rules with on-going tuning
  • Prepare, review and update operation procedures and guidelines
  • Perform Managed Security Services devices change management; Test and apply patches or upgrades with records
  • Prepare service reports for customer and internal parties
  • Managed Security Services portal administration
  • Regular meeting with customer for service review

Job Requirements: 
  • Degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Science or related subjects in information security or equivalent

Solutions Consultant Singapore
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide consultancy and support to Sales for contract closure.
  • Proposal presentation and product demonstration to key account customers.
  • Response to RFP/RFI and bid management.
