Mr. Esmond Li is appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited (“CPC”) and the President of China Enterprise ICT Solutions Limited (“CEC”) with effect from 1 February 2020. He is appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (“CITICTEL”) in August 2019 and is also a Director of Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau, S.A.R.L. (“CTM”).

Mr. Li joined CITIC Pacific Limited (now known as CITIC Limited, a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) as Vice President, Telecom Project Development in 2001. He worked as Chief Financial Officer of CPC from 2004 to August 2019 and was transferred to CITICTEL in 2007 when CPC was acquired by CITICTEL.

Prior to joining CITIC Limited, Mr. Li was with Netalone.com Limited, the Cable & Wireless HKT group and Ernst & Young. He has over 35 years of extensive experience in the finance and accounting field.

Mr. Li obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was a certified public accountant in the State of Washington, United States of America and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in the United States of America.

Mr. Jacky Kwok is CITIC Telecom CPC’s Chief Commercial Officer, leading the Company to become one of the top tier global players in the industry.

Mr. Kwok is responsible for enabling global sales management as well as overseeing the objectives and implementation of all commercial strategies. His role will also include customer relationship management; user experience strategies; commercial analytics and insights, new services commercialization and growth acceleration.

Mr. Kwok is a seasoned senior executive in the ICT industry with over 20 years of practical experience and industry knowledge. Prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, Mr. Kwok was the President of Global Voice at CITIC Telecom International Holdings Ltd, and had held various senior positions in the telecommunications industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from The University of British Columbia.

Mr. Daniel Kwong is CITIC Telecom CPC’s Chief Information and Innovation Officer and leads the strategic development and execution of the company’s Information Technology direction. As a technology thought leader and an innovator, Mr. Kwong is responsible for driving CITIC Telecom CPC’s IT strategy with the goals to lead and strengthen the company’s competitiveness.

Mr. Kwong manages the operation of the information technology and development facility for CITIC Telecom CPC, and operates the Data Science division in realizing corporate data behavior and practices. He also plays a key role in evolving CITIC Telecom CPC’s ICT business to respond to the enterprise's digital transformation needs.

Mr. Kwong has over 20 years of management and development experiences in ICT areas and is passionate in driving innovations. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences on industry and technology issues.

Mr. Kwong holds a Bachelor Degree of Science from the University of Waterloo, a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering Research Studies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr. Andy Hui is the Chief Financial Officer at CITIC Telecom CPC, where he leads the Finance and Legal functions of the company, and is responsible for optimizing the company’s fiscal position and maximizing shareholder value.

Mr. Hui has more than 20 years’ experience in the finance and accounting field. Prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, Mr. Hui held various finance and accounting positions at SAS Institute Limited, China Online (Bermuda) Limited and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Hui holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (in Professional Accountancy) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and obtained his Master of Business Administration (with distinction) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mr. Taylor Lam is the Chief Strategy Officer at CITIC Telecom CPC. He leads the advancement and execution of the company’s strategy, along with responsibility for product development. Leveraging his expertise in the ICT industry, Mr. Lam is a key contributor to develop new and innovative strategies to enrich the company’s products and lead the company’s business development.

Mr. Lam brings to CITIC Telecom CPC over 18 years of experience in telecoms, IT and digital media. Prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, he was the Head of Hong Kong in Analysys Mason, a TMT consultancy, leading projects spanning commercial and technical due diligence, business and strategic planning, telecoms operations improvement, and market assessment. Previously Mr. Lam also held various roles in Value Partners Management Consulting and PCCW-HKT.

Mr. Lam holds an M.Eng. and B.A. Honours degree in Electrical and Information Science from the University of Cambridge.

Ms. Catherine Lo is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at CITIC Telecom CPC, where she is responsible for human resources strategies tailored to unleash staff potential, facilitate business development and attain corporate goals on a global scale.

Ms. Lo is a veteran professional in human resources and administration (across IT, Retail and FMCG), providing strategic views across global talent management, organization development, performance management and change management. Prior to CITIC Telecom CPC, Ms. Lo was with Dell Computer, Dairy Farm, NetCel360 and Bausch & Lomb.

Through her leadership at CITIC Telecom CPC, the HR team is broadly recognized for having successfully created a learning organizational atmosphere that features a wide range of structured training programs and built up a caring company culture. Ms. Lo also leads the team to go through a series of mergers and acquisitions smoothly which contribute to the growth of CITIC Telecom CPC.

Ms. Lo holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (iHRM), HKGCC Manpower Committee and Equal Opportunity Commission (EOC).

Ms. Micty Wong is the Executive Vice President of Marketing at CITIC Telecom CPC, where she leads regional marketing operations, including formulating marketing strategies, developing partner and product marketing campaigns, overseeing branding and spearheading marketing communications for public and analyst relations.

Ms. Wong brings over 20 years’ marketing and management experience to her role at CITIC Telecom CPC, including 15 years focused on IT and telecommunications. Prior to CITIC Telecom CPC, Ms. Wong held various regional marketing management positions at Cable and Wireless Hong Kong Telecom, Sun Microsystems, Stratus Technologies and Fuji Xerox.

Ms. Wong is a member of the HKMA Information Technology Management Club, the Hong Kong Computer Society and the HKGCC Digital, Information and Telecommunications Committee for proactively promoting IT industry activities. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative Studies from York University in Toronto.

Mr. Chris Fung is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Services at CITIC Telecom CPC, where he leads the Engineering, Operation and Customer Services teams to manage all technical and customer services aspects in business development and operations.

Mr. Fung has over 20 years of network development and management experiences, including working in Wharf T&T (recently WTT HK) on the network engineering area. After joining CITIC Telecom CPC, he was responsible for the network development of TrueCONNECT™ MPLS VPN, which was officially launched in March 2002 and now successfully becomes one of the flagship products of CITIC Telecom CPC.

Mr. Fung holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Mr. Fung is a member of the Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS), Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation (HKIRC), and Asia-Pacific Network Information Center (APNIC), contributing his expertise and experience to the IT industry.

Mr. Lok Ka Chiu, Layton joined CITIC Telecom CPC as Chief Vice President, China Operations since 2011, responsible for the development and management of cloud computing related solutions in Mainland China. 

Mr. Lok has more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry in Asia Pacific and China markets. Prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, Mr. Lok was previously the Director and General Manager in Wharf COL (Shanghai), and held several management positions in top ICT organizations in Greater China, which included Apple Computer, AT&T and PCCW Hong Kong. Mr. Lok achieved tremendous business growth by expanding the company’s market share through innovative products and management models during his tenure. 

Mr. Lok holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
