Digital Product Designer/Manager

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop delightful customer journeys to contextually deliver great user experience, from customer research, ideation, product development, to executing, managing and optimizing of digital products (e.g. customer Service Management Portal)
  • Work with the different product teams in strategic development, ongoing refinement and refinement of digital product roadmap
  • Develop strong domain knowledge in digital product development, with the ability to see the big picture. Appreciate and articulate user stories that fit towards the overall value proposition and realize such into the product design. Serve as a subject matter expert within key business and supporting processes/system.
  • Work with UX/UI designers, backend (and frontend) developers, system architects, engineers, and QA team to develop sketches, prototypes and mockups for rapid lean testing and the ongoing successful operation.
  • Ensure digital deliverables can meet expected business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers by supporting in-sprint, pre-release UAT and live test
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements: 
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information System or a related discipline
  • Passionate in learning new technology
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in UX design, related digital product design, development, lifecycle management
  • Experience in ICT business and product development will be an advantage
  • Solid project management experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal communications
