Marketing Assistant (Part-time, 6-month contract)

Marketing Assistant (Part-time, 6-month contract)

Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Marketing team
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials production and stock management
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers for marketing events and activities
  • Provide support to marketing events and promotions, including event material preparation, logistics arrangement, post-event reports and database management
  • Assist in social media and website write-up and management
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Translation or related studies. Undergraduate or fresh graduate is also welcome
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (including both Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Good PC skills in MS Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Self-driven, detailed-oriented and multi-tasking
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to work for at least 2-3 day per week, preferably in a fixed schedule
